"Rowleys" is the online presence of ' Rowley's the Jewellers' in Penarth, Vale of Glamorgan in Wales. "Rowley’s the Jewellers" was established in 1963.
On George Rowley’s retirement in 2004 the business was taken over by his assistant

Over the last 7 years we have come to expand the selection of products we offer to include evening wear, gifts and household goods using Petra's experience in design to select the best in products which combine both decorative and functional quality.
In our shops we offer a range of services including Jewellery repairs, Watch repairs, battery replacement and Valuation. You can depend on Cem's customer service experience to guide you to solution to your repair problems which suits your budget .
It is our aim to deliver quality design with traditional craftsmanship. We take great pride in the ethical and fairtrade sourcing of our goods and support British Design and manufacturing where possible. We take our duty to the environment very seriously and deal with companies who have a sound ecologically responsible attitude to production.
Rowley's is a local family business run by the husband and wife team of Petra and Cem with the accounting by sister Justine and even some of the stock is supplied by family with the handcrafted military models by cousin Michael Norris made in Penarth.
We are commited to serving the local community and very often run out of hours errands to Nursing Homes and the local Marie Curie Hospice in order to assist with the cutting off of rings of elderly or sick customers, a service which we offer free of charge.
So as you see we are a family rooted in preserving the values of small town Britain and we would like to extend that level of service and to our customers wherever they may be in the world.
