Delivery Information
We are currently offering free UK mainland delivery on most of our items (except fragile goods, bulky/heavy goods and sale items). For overseas delivery charges, please contact us at info@rowleysgifts.com for further information before purchase.
We endeavour to dispatch your order within 1-3 working days after you place your order. Your order will be sent out using the most suitable carrier for the size and cost of your goods. All items will require a signature upon delivery.
In the event that we are unable to supply your goods within thirty days, we will inform you immediately and advise you of the expected delivery date. Outstanding orders / items can be cancelled at any time. In the event of any goods delivered by us being damaged in transit, deficient of items shown on the delivery note or failing to match the items ordered by you, then such details must be notified by you to us at info@rowleysgifts.com within seven working days of receipt.
If we receive no such notification the customer will be deemed to have accepted the items as satisfactory. We cannot be held liable for any consequential loss caused by late delivery or failure to deliver by the company's appointed carrier.
Returns and exchanges
We want you to be entirely satisfied with every purchase made from Rowley's and are proud of the quality, range and advice that we offer. However, if your item is unsuitable, please email us at info@rowleysgifts.com detailing your customer reference number and the item/items you wish to return. Within two working days we will reply with a returns reference number. Your items must then be returned to us within seven days in an unused, perfect and resaleable condition, complete with the original packaging. Please include your name and address, customer reference number and returns number.

Once your items have been inspected, you will be given a refund or option to exchange.
A refund will not be given if the items arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used. In this instance the goods will be returned to you.
Due to reasons of hygiene, we will not accept returns of pierced earrings.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the goods to us. We do not accept any responsibility for the item/items until it has been delivered to us. We strongly recommend you use Royal Mail Recorded Signed for service for goods up to the value of £39. For higher priced items we recommend using Royal Mail Special Delivery service.
